About
A face arriving and leaving in the same frame.
Shot at a quarter of a second with the subject turning, so a single exposure holds two positions of the same head.
Layers of silk organza sit between the light and the body. Each one removes a little more information until only the gesture is left.
The amber line is a fibre-optic filament run inside the visor — the one element in the picture that stays sharp.
