Ascent
About
A path photographed as a line.
The track climbs three hundred metres in under a kilometre. From below, the switchbacks compress into one continuous stroke.
We waited for the late sun to fall behind the ridge so the slope would go to black and leave only the gravel lit.
The building at the summit appears at exactly the size a walker sees from the bottom, and no larger.
